FAQs
-
If you have joined as a Founder Partner (organisation), then any member of staff from your organisation can join without further payment, up to the maximum number specified. They simply have to request access by emailing info@intercom.org.uk or sending a contact form from the website.
-
No, this is entirely voluntary. However, InterCom can only develop as a useful community of interest if members actively contribute, so we hope you will be willing to share some information with other members. No personal contact information is stored within the website, and no one will be able to contact you directly here.
-
We want to encourage interaction, but for obvious data protection reasons we cannot give out anyone's email or phone number without explicit consent. If someone has shared their LinkedIn profile address, you may contact them there. Otherwise, if you want to contact someone by email, simply submit a Members Contact Form from any page within the Members' Area, saying who you wish to contact and why. We will forward your message to them, and they will then be able to reply direct to you, if they agree.
-
We would love to build more advanced features, but InterCom is still a pilot initiative without external sponsorship. We will welcome any offers of funding or support to enable further development.
-
Yes, if you are already an individual member but your organisation then joins as a partner, then simply let us know. We will either adjust the partner fee accordingly, or refund your individual fee.
