Description: JP Dynamics s.r.o. is a Slovak organisation based in eastern Slovakia, founded by experienced secondary-school teachers and youth educators. The organisation focuses on developing young people’s soft skills, employability, creativity, entrepreneurship, initiative and active participation in their communities.
JP Dynamics uses non-formal and experiential learning methods, innovative language education and project-based activities to complement traditional school education. Its founders have extensive experience in international cooperation and Erasmus+ projects and have worked with partner schools and organisations across Europe.
JP Dynamics primarily aims to create opportunities for young people, particularly in eastern Slovakia, to develop practical skills, become more active and confident, and engage in European and community-based opportunities. Through workshops, training, international cooperation and youth projects, the organisation seeks to empower young people to identify challenges, develop solutions and create a positive impact in their communities.
Main activities: Non-formal and experiential education for young people;
Workshops and training focused on soft skills, employability, entrepreneurship and initiative;
Innovative language education and communication activities;
Youth leadership and personal development activities;
Project-based learning, problem-solving and community development;
International cooperation and Erasmus+ projects, including student exchanges and mobility activities;
