Our services are for anyone working in the fields of education, youth, sport, culture, social action or other charities, with an interest in running international projects.

We have extensive expertise regarding Erasmus Plus. We can help you to understand the programme, find useful resources, identify partners in other countries, and navigate the application and project management process.

Free services

The public area of this site is a one-stop-shop for any information or resources that you could find freely available on various websites elsewhere, including:

  • Links to EU / Erasmus Plus sites and portals

  • Official information and news about the programme

  • Partner-finding tools

  • Project planning tools

  • Case studies and testimonials

  • Upcoming opportunities (webinars, training courses etc.)

We also want to inform, engage and empower young people. Therefore we don’t charge them for membership of InterCom or EuroPeers UK.

Additional services for members

InterCom membership will give you a range of additional benefits. You can join as an individual member or as a partner organisation.

Benefits include:

  • Individual advice / Q&A about your Erasmus Plus project ideas and applications (via email)

  • Assistance with your initial registration on the EU Login Portal, if required

  • Organisation logo and profile on our list of validates partners (organisational members only)

  • Your individual profile in the members’ area

  • Listing of validated partners in the UK and other countries

  • Announce or respond to calls for project partners

  • Contact with other organisational and individual members (always moderated)

  • Additional resources from InterCom and other partners

  • Private Linked In group for sharing info and ideas

  • Promote your own services, events and opportunities

  • Organise joint activities

  • Free / discounted registration for InterCom and partner webinars and other events

  • Use the InterCom logo as a shared quality mark for your projects (requires validation)

  • Occasional members’ newsletters

There is a one-off membership fee, to help us cover our costs (just £49 for individuals and £100, £200, £350 or £490 for organisations, depending on size).

If you are looking for more in-depth advice on planning, developing or managing an international project, or how to navigate grant application and reporting processes, we can recommend the services of a number of partner organisations and individual consultants with expertise across different sectors.
